You can add multiple team members at once through the Invite section or you can bulk import using a CSV file. 

Inviting Users 

  1. Go to Settings > Team members
  2. Select Invite in the top right
  3. Fill out their First Name, Last Name, Email 

3. You'll need to assign them a role
4. Optional - add them to a team.
5. Select + Add another team member
6. Select Send Invite

They will receive a welcome email with a temporary password and a link to the platform. 

They will be asked to reset their password and can edit their profile

Bulk Import 

Bulk importing will invite users to the platform.

  1. Select Import from the top menu 
  2. Choose their Team (optional) and assign them a Role (mandatory)
  3. Upload a CSV file 
  4. Note: There must be three columns (firstname, lastname, email) in your CSV file. The first row will be assumed as heading and will determine column order.
  5. Select Save 

All Team Members will receive a welcome email and you will be notified by email when the import process is completed.
