Labels and collections are used as a way of organising your content. 

Labels

A Label is a way of categorising an Asset, Article or Task by a type. It's represented by a colour and term. 

Labels can be anything that fits into your organisations setup and workflow. For example, a pharmaceutical company could relate Article labels to content themes like 'Family Health, Digestive Health, Energy'. 

Or a content team might use labels in the planner to highlight content types like 'Blog, Social Posts, eBook'. 

Collections

Collections are similar to folders. You can have a parent collection, with sub collections below these. Collections are only available in the Asset Manager and Article part of the platform.

The label names and collections can be amended at any stage in Asset Manager
