1. Upload the  document to the Asset Manager. Select the + to add new assets

2. Select upload Pdf/Doc

3. Name and tag your asset following your organisations naming convention for ease of search later on

4. Once this is done, go back to the article you are creating

5. Highlight the text you want to link the document to and click the link icon in the text editor

6. This will open the asset manager and allow you to link to the document you would like a reader to be able to download.
