Attachments are files uploaded to Tasks that aren't already in your Asset Manager. Attachments appear in the 'Attachments' section of the Task. You can add attachments from:
- Your Computer
- Google Drive
- Open the Task you wish to attach a file to
- Select the "+" button next to ‘Attachments’
- Follow the Upload prompts
NOTE: Attachments from your computer create an actual copy within Cooperate. Attachments from Google Drive, Dropbox, Box and OneDrive simply link back to the document in its respective location. Documents that are attached with Google Drive can be edited and saved in their respective applications and do not need to be downloaded, saved, and reattached to your card.
