A label is a way of categorising a task by type, represented by a colour and term. A task can only have one label assigned to it. Coloured labels will display in the top right corner of a Task. 

Labels are created in Planner Board settings. When a Task is created, by default a label will automatically be assigned to the task. 

To Add a label to a Task

  1. Open an existing or Task or create a new one 
  2. Select the Label dropdown menu
  3. Select the label you wish to assign to the Task 
  4. Update the Task

To Update a Label

  1. Open the Planner Board settings by selecting the Cog wheel next to your Board title
  2. Select Edit
  3. In the setting you will see the labels section
  4. To change the name of a label simply click on it and enter the new title
  5. Click the tick to save, or cross to go back to the previous title
  6. When you're happy with your updates, ensure you select 'Update Board' to save

Change the Colour of a Label

  1. Select the circle of colour next to the label title
  2. Select the colour you would like by dragging the icon around or entering a Pantone code
  3. Select Update Board to save

To Add a New Label

  1. Select + Add Label 
  2. Select Update Board to save

To Delete a Label 

  1. Select the trash icon next to the label
  2. Select Update Board to save
