Updating your Profile 

Before getting started, it's important to update your profile picture in your profile so people can instantly recognise you throughout the platform. You can also follow these steps to update your: 

  • Profile Image
  • Name
  • Email
  • Password
  • Bio


You'll receive notifications through the platform and by email. 

You can customise what notifications you receive by email. Just be careful when turning off important notifications. 

Often it's best to keep all notifications running for the first few weeks using the platform - so you don't accidentally turn off something you need. 

Getting help

The best place to get support is through Intercom, which is the message icon that appears on the bottom right platform. With Intercom, you can message the Customer Success Team directly, as well as find helpful resources.
